• This machineThis sleek, stainless steel machine is powered by compressed air (Complete Pneumatic) and is designed to fill liquid products into empty aerosol cans, crimp the valves, and then fill propellant gas- all in one seamless operation. The three modules work harmoniously together, yet can be utilized independently if needed.Any one or two of them can be used alone.
• The liquid filling module boasts an automatic liquid inhalation feature and can handle high viscosity mediums,andwe canadjust the filling volume as needed for mediums like paints and polyurethane foam sealant.

 

• The valve crimping module features a high-precision crimping mouth and a large capacity air cylinder, ensuring top-quality crimping even at low air pressure of 25-0.3MPa. It is compatible with various 1-inch aerosol valves.25-0.3MPa, can also have a high-quality crimping effect. Applicable to all kinds of 1 inch aerosol valves.
• The booster pump is a high-capacity, two-way system that effectively removes bubbles from the liquid raw material, ensuring fast and accurate filling.
• Thepropellant gas fillingmodule is equipped with a booster pump, primarily used for various propellantssuch as LPG, butane propane gas, Freon, DME/dimethyl ether, 134a, nitrogen, CO2, and more., Main seals are imported and highly resistant to corrosion.
• This machine finds versatile applications in numerous fields such as sunscreen spray, nasal spray, cosmetic spray (like Evian), insecticides, perfumes, air fresheners, shaving foam, spray paints, and lubricants like WD-40.
