- A high-precision cam indexing mechanism ensures flawless plate classification, positioning, and screwing of plugs andcaps.Cosine acceleration cam is deployed for the meticulous lifting/descending operation of capping heads.
- For optimal performance, constant torque capping heads are utilized to screw caps, and a peristaltic pump or ceramic pump is employed for precise filling measurements.
- The machine's control is seamlessly managed by a touch screen computer, offering unique features such as non-filling liquid/non-plug screwing when bottles are not properly positioned, and non-capping when plugs are not secured. A dust cover is recommended for enhanced cleanliness.
