Introduction
- The PT series oral liquid/syrup filling line integrates a bottle unscrambler, ultrasonic washing machine, sterilization tunnel, liquid or powder filling and stoppering machine, and a capping machine. Each component can function independently or in a synchronized production line.
- Designed for high-efficiency production of large-capacity liquids, including infusion, injection, and medicinal products, this versatile system is also ideal for manufacturing oral liquid bottles and small-dose solutions.

Function and Features
- A mechanical gripper securely holds bottles of different sizes during the washing process.
- Bottles remain in constant motion while washing, with water and air nozzles following and inserting into the ampoule, ensuring high-quality washing results and WFI economy.
- Separated circulating and fine washing water pipes prevent cross-contamination.
- A buffering block before the spiral screw prevents bottle breakage and protects the spiral screw.
- The bottle out-feeding section uses cellular-belts for stable and reliable bottle transfer.
- Far-infrared technology ensures excellent temperature distribution during sterilization.
- Filling operation includes only the bottle, with no bottle no grip cover functionality.
- The system halts filling if no bottle is detected and stops capping if no bottle is present. PLC controls the entire machine, with inverter and touchable screen integration for stable and reliable operation.
- The touchable screen displays the running status of all unit machines, water and gas pressures, temperatures at controlled points, switch statuses, and fault diagnoses, offering comprehensive solutions. The inter-linkage balancing device ensures a stable and reliable production process.
- Optional electrical control systems include Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi, or Delta.
