Equipped with an automatic lifting hopper mixer and multiple mixing hoppers in various specifications, it adeptly handles large batches and diverse varieties. Working Principle

This sophisticated machine comprises a robust base, gyrator, driving system, lifting and lowering system, braking system, and a cutting-edge control system. Operation begins by pushing the mixing hopper into the gyrator and entering the automatic operation program with the set parameter group code. A simple press of the 'confirm' button on the intuitive touch screen initiates the automatic lifting and clamping of the mixing hopper. The PLC control system then engages, ensuring precise mixing as per the predetermined time and rotation speed. Once set parameters are achieved, the gyrator halts automatically in a vertical position while the braking system secures the process. Subsequently, the manual operation program is engaged by pressing the 'lower' button, causing the hopper to descend and stop at the designated position, followed by data printing. The mixing hopper is then smoothly transitioned to the next stage of the process.
