Introduction

The automatic suppository filling production line boasts a stable and efficient manufacturing process, including filling, freezing, sealing, and more. With the flexibility to set production capacity according to the URS, the machine performs automatic shell forming, liquid medicine filling, recirculating cooling (transitioning from liquid to solid), continuous sealing with a batch number, and transfer finished cutting. The touch screen allows arbitrary setting of cutting grains, from 1 to 10 grains.

1. High-precision servo filling system: The PLC touch screen controls the filling volume and actions, ensuring servo control for precision filling. This replaces manual adjustments with a more convenient and accurate process.
2. Unique combination of triangle and dot line knives: This design ensures that both knives perfectly coincide, providing an easy tear effect for the bolted shell.
3. Enhanced operational efficiency: The shear number can be adjusted via the touch screen, simplifying operation and ensuring accurate positioning and stable performance, eliminating the need for tedious manual adjustments.
4. Advanced cooling system: Utilizing the latest circulating water cooling technology, this system prevents slag falling off and easy fracture when the medicine is torn apart. The cooling temperature is adjustable.
5. Seamless transition to sealing: The cooled solid suppository enters the sealing area, where it undergoes heating, sealing, batch number marking, top trimming, and counting shear.
 

6. Uniform drug mixing: To address the varying viscosities of drug matrices, the machine ensures effective stirring before filling, preventing uneven drug content in the finished suppository.
7. Real-time PLC monitoring: The system can alarm operation failures and display the cause of failure, assisting operators in timely troubleshooting.
8. High-quality sealing: If the device isn't in place before the empty shell reaches the filling site, sealing quality might be compromised. The machine's design prevents electrostatic forces from causing issues during micro drug filling.
9. Precision filling pump: The equipment features a high-precision filling pump with excellent sealing, a smooth inner wall, and exceptional stability, ensuring long-term operation without wall adhesion.
