Production capacity is customizable according to URS specifications. The sequence includes automatic suppository shell forming, liquid medicine filling, recirculating cooling (from liquid to solid state), continuous sealing with batch number marking, and precise cutting of finished products. The number of cuts can be easily set on the touch screen, from 1 to 10 grains, ensuring flexibility and precision.

 

Main Features

1. Equipped with a servo high-precision filling system, the machine offers PLC touch screen control for filling volume and actions. The technology replaces manual adjustments, ensuring high accuracy and convenience in filling operations.
2. Innovative combination of triangle and dot line knives ensures precise alignment, enabling the bolted shell to achieve an easy-tear effect, enhancing user convenience.
3. Replacing manual adjustments, the shear number can be easily set by adjusting parameters on the touch screen. This ensures convenient operation, accurate positioning, stable performance, and high efficiency.
4. The latest circulating water cooling system prevents slag fallout and reduces the risk of easy fractures during medicine tear-apart. The cooling temperature is adjustable for optimal performance.
5. The cooled solid suppository seamlessly transitions into the sealing area, which includes heating sealing mold, marking mold for batch numbers, hob for trimming the top, and counting shear for accurate processing.
 

6. To address the varying viscosity of drug matrices, the stirring effect ensures even mixing before filling. This consistency is crucial for maintaining the correct drug content in each finished suppository.
7. Integrated PLC online monitoring functions promptly alarm any operational failures and display the cause for quick troubleshooting, enhancing operational reliability.
8. If the device is not properly set before the forming empty shell reaches the filling site, the sealing quality may be compromised. An upper section close to the plug shell could climb a short distance along the inner wall of the empty shell due to electrostatic forces during micro drug filling.
9. The equipment's filling pump body boasts high precision, excellent sealing, smooth inner walls, and remarkable stability, ensuring long-term operation without wall-hanging issues.
