Introduction
- The PT-ZPT 370 series high-speed tablet press machine is a rotary-type unit designed to press a variety of granular materials into tablets. Utilizing a pair of pre-press rollers and a pair of main press rollers, this machine ensures a consistent tablet formation process by compressing the material twice.
- The production area of the ZPT 370 series tablet press machine is fully enclosed. Contact parts are crafted from acid-resistant soda austenitic stainless steel, while non-metal components are made from non-toxic materials. The four transparent windows can be completely opened for unobstructed cleaning. Punches and dies are easily exchangeable. The drive area is sealed with three stainless steel doors, each containing multi-hole materials and electronic cabinets.
- Drive parts and lower guide rail are securely housed within this enclosed area, ensuring safe operation and low noise levels. The tablet pressing process includes filling, dosing, pre-pressing, main pressing, and tablet ejection, all controlled via an HMI and four hand wheels.
