Working Process
1. As the bottle is transported to the filling nozzles, the filling process initiates. The system ensures precise bottle mouth positioning, halting operations if there is no bottle, a shortage of bottles, or bottle tipping. Should the bottle outlet become blocked, the machine automatically pauses without affecting filling accuracy, resuming operations once the blockage is cleared. Featuring an automatic dust suction device, two nozzles for filling, and two capping heads, it significantly enhances production capacity, maintains accurate measurements, and is easy to operate.
