Introduction
- The PT-ZPT 370 series high-speed tablet press machine is a state-of-the-art rotary tablet press designed to efficiently compress various granulated materials into tablets using a pair of pre-press rollers and a pair of main press rollers, performing two stages of compression.
- The production area of the ZPT 370 series tablet press machine is fully enclosed, ensuring optimal hygiene. The contact parts are constructed from acid-resistant soda austenitic stainless steel, while the non-metal parts are made from non-toxic materials. It features four transparent windows that can be fully opened for unobstructed cleaning. Punches and dies are easily interchangeable. The drive area is securely sealed by three stainless steel doors with multi-hole material inside and an electronic cabinet.
- All drive components and the lower guide rail are securely enclosed, ensuring safe operation and minimal noise. The tablet pressing process encompasses stages like filling, dosing, pre-pressing, main pressing, and tablet ejection. This sophisticated machine is operated via a user-friendly HMI interface and four handwheels.
