Purpose and Performance
- This sophisticated machine is primarily designed for filling eye drops into 2-30ml round plastic or glass bottles, and can also accommodate bottles made of other materials.
- Featuring a high-precision cam indexing mechanism, it expertly handles plateclassification, positioning, and the screwing of plugs andcaps.The cosine acceleration cam ensures smooth lifting and descending operations of the capping heads.
- Constant torque capping heads are utilized for reliable cap screwing, while a peristaltic pump is employed for filling, or alternatively, a ceramic pump can be used for precise measurement filling.
- The machine features touch-screen computer controls, offering unique functionalities such as the prevention of liquid filling or plug screwing if bottles are not correctly positioned, and non-capping if plugs are not securely screwed. An optional dust cover is available for enhanced hygiene.
