Introduction
- The PT-ZPT 370 series high-speed tablet press machine is a rotary-type marvel, designed to press various granule shapes into tablets with precision. Featuring a pair of pre-press rollers and a pair of main press rollers, this machine efficiently performs two rounds of pressing.
- The production area of the ZPT 370 series tablet press machine is fully enclosed, ensuring a clean and sterile environment. Contact parts are made from acid-resistant austenitic stainless steel, while non-metal parts are crafted from non-toxic materials. Four transparent windows offer complete visibility and easy access for cleaning. Punches and dies are easily interchangeable. The drive area is securely sealed with three stainless steel doors filled with multi-holes material and an electronic cabinet.
- The drive components and lower guide rail are securely housed within the designated area, ensuring safe operation and minimal noise. The tablet pressing process encompasses filling, dosing, pre-pressing, main pressing, and ejection, all operated via an HMI and four hand wheels.
