Introduction

The Fluid Bed Dryer & Granulator is a multi-functional marvel that seamlessly integrates mixing, drying, and granulation processes. This innovative equipment transforms powder materials directly into granules, offering additional capabilities such as damp-proofing, taste masking, and sustained release functionalities. Utilizing liquid materials as binders, it significantly reduces costs by saving on alcohol consumption. Ideal for producing small-dose, low-sugar, or sugar-free traditional Chinese medicine, this machine ensures granules that dissolve effortlessly and tablets that disintegrate with ease.
 

 

Working Principle

Air intake flows through the inlet AHU unit and passes through three filters before being heated. This hot air uniformly lifts and dries the material from its air distributor. During fluidized granulation, a binder is sprayed from a peristaltic pump through a spray gun onto the product surfaces within the chamber. This binder causes the particles to cohere, forming binder bridges that create core granules which grow and solidify. The hot air then evaporates the binder, resulting in uniformly dried granules.
