With its automated lifting hopper mixer and an array of mixing hoppers in various specifications, it caters to the mixing needs of large batches and diverse product varieties. Perfectly suited for pharmaceutical manufacturing, it also finds extensive applications in industries such as medicine, chemicals, and food processing.
 

 

Working Principle

The machine comprises a robust base, gyrator, driving system, and advanced lifting and lowering mechanisms. It also features a high-efficiency braking system and a sophisticated control system. During operation, the mixing hopper is smoothly inserted into the gyrator. The automated operation program is initiated by entering the pre-set parameter codes. Once the 'confirm' button is pressed on the intuitive touch screen, the hopper is elevated to a designated position and securely clamped. The PLC control system then activates the driving system, executing the mixing process according to the specified time and rotational speed. Upon completion, the gyrator halts vertically, and the braking system activates, signaling the end of mixing. Next, switch to manual operation mode, press the 'lower' button, and the hopper descends to the designated position, stopping automatically. Process data is printed, and the hopper is subsequently moved to the next phase.
