• This machineis constructed from durable stainless steel and powered by compressed air (Complete Pneumatic system). It efficiently fills liquid products into empty aerosol cans, crimps the valves, and finally injects propellant gas. The three essential modules-liquid filling, valve crimping, and gas filling-are seamlessly integrated onto one machine.Each module can operate independently or in conjunction with the others.
• The liquid filling module is equipped with an automatic liquid inhalation system and can handle high viscosity mediums.andwe canadjust the filling volume, suitable for high viscosity mediums like paints and polyurethane foam sealants.

 

• The valve crimping module boasts a high-precision crimping mouth and a large-capacity air cylinder, ensuring excellent crimping quality even at low air pressures (0.25-0.3MPa). It is compatible with all types of 1-inch aerosol valves.25-0.3MPa, can also have a high-quality crimping effect. Applicable to all kinds of 1-inch aerosol valves.
• The booster pump features a high-capacity two-way booster, effectively removing bubbles from liquid materials, enabling fast and accurate filling.
• Thepropellant gas fillingmodule is equipped with a booster pump, designed for various propellantsincluding LPG/butane propane gas, Freon, DME/dimethyl ether, 134a, nitrogen, CO2, and more., Main seals are imported and highly resistant to corrosion.
• This machine is exceptionally versatile, finding extensive applications in industries such as sunscreen sprays, nasal sprays, cosmetic sprays, insecticides, perfumes, air fresheners, shaving foams, spray paints, WD-40, and more.
