Main Features

• The tube is automatically pressed into the tube holder, which uses an elastic tension type to ensure consistent sealing height. For oval or specially-shaped tubes, a stepping-driven tube holder automatically adjusts the color mark. The mechanical transmission mode filling system ensures stable loading capacity.
• The internal tube wall is sealed with hot air, while the external wall is cooled with a circulating water system, resulting in a beautiful sealing effect. A fan expels any toxic gases produced during heating, and a wind cooling system prevents heat from reaching the ointment after sealing.
• This machine automatically completes filling, sealing, and batch number printing. It also features automatic tube supply, blowing (clearing), color mark adjustment, and filling and sealing-all in one seamless operation.
• Speed is adjustable via an inverter, allowing automatic control of production capacity. A mechanical hand prints the code in the required position, while a human-machine interface provides direct display and control.
