Introduction

The automatic suppository filling production line by Pharmec Technologies Co., Ltd. offers a seamless and highly efficient manufacturing process: from filling, freezing, and sealing to other integral steps. The production capacity is customizable per the URS. The automated system includes Suppository Shell Forming, Liquid Medicine Filling, Recirculating Cooling (transition from liquid to solid), Continuous Sealing with Batch Number, and Transfer & Cutting (adjustable from 1 to 10 grains via touch screen).

 

Main Features

1. Equipped with a Servo High-Precision Filling System, this machine utilizes PLC touch screen control to manage filling volume and actions, ensuring precision and convenience by replacing manual adjustments with advanced servo control.
2. Features a combination of Triangle Knife and Dot Line Knife structures, ensuring that both knives align perfectly for an easy-tear bolted shell effect.
3. Eliminates tedious manual adjustments with a shear number that can be easily configured via the touch screen, offering convenient operation, accurate positioning, and stable, efficient performance.
4. Utilizes cutting-edge circulating water cooling technology, effectively preventing slag detachment and fractures during medicine separation, with adjustable temperature settings for optimal performance.
5. Transfers the cooled solid suppositories to the sealing area, incorporating Heating Sealing Mold, Marking Mold (Batch Number), Hob (Top Trimming), and Counting Shear for a streamlined process.
 

6. Addresses drug matrix viscosity variations by enabling effective stirring to ensure even mixing before filling, thereby maintaining consistent drug content in the finished suppositories.
7. Features a PLC Online Monitoring Function that promptly alarms any operational failures and displays their causes, aiding in timely troubleshooting and efficiency.
8. Ensures optimal sealing quality even if the empty shell reaches the filling site first, as it prevents micro drug filling issues caused by electrostatic force-induced migration along the inner shell wall.
9. The equipment's filling pump body boasts high precision, excellent sealing, smooth inner walls, and remarkable stability, ensuring long-term operation without wall hanging issues.
