Primary Applications

Our Ampoule Filling Line is an integrated system comprising a Vertical Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine, a Circulating Hot Air Tunnel Sterilization Oven, and a Vertical Fill-Seal Machine.

Designed for the production of 1-20ml ampoule injections, our Ampoule Filling Line features three distinct working areas: washing, drying and sterilization, and filling and sealing. These areas can operate independently or together, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.

Mainly utilized for small volume injection production, our Ampoule Filling Line encompasses over 20 advanced procedures. These include water spraying, ultrasonic washing, manipulator bottle handling, bottle turnover, inner and outer bottle washing, inner and outer bottle blowing, preheating, drying and sterilizing, cooling, nitrogen filling, liquid filling, nitrogen filling, preheating, and sealing, ensuring a comprehensive and precise operation.
