When manufacturing PW equipment, Ideal analyzes and calculates different raw water quality conditions and then makes corresponding pretreatment and terminal process, to keep all of water quality index within permitted range.

Pre-treatment system | There is great difference in raw water quality for different regions. Ideal makes reasonable pretreatment scheme for clients according to different raw water quality, to ensure long-term stable operation of terminal processing system. Pretreatment process contains traditional processes, such as multi-media filtration, activated carbon filtration, softening filter, dosing device, as well as ultra-filtration, residual chlorine removal UV, micro-filtration, etc. |
Double-stage RO system | Based on demands of raw water quality conditions and terminal water, double-stage RO can be used as terminal processing of PW generation system. If alkalinity of raw water is on the high side, degassing device can be chosen. The water quality conforms torequirements of Chinese pharmacopoeia, European pharmacopoeia and United States pharmacopoeia. Design of Idealdouble-stage RO system process is reasonable, and chemical, hot water disinfection can be chosen. Design of internalcirculation allows system in low flow running state under the condition of no water demands, avoidsrisk of growing microorganism during downtimeand provides short restart response time. The whole system is divided into separate modules, covering small areaand with short construction time. Design of system assembling adopts professional software, which can automatically generate bill of materials and isometric drawings. Residual chlorine removal UV system | Ideal uses residual chlorine removal UV system in pretreatment, instead of activated carbon filter. At the same time of efficient removal of residual chlorine, system can completely inactivate raw water microorganism, ensuring safety of microorganism from the source and improving quality of supply water. It supports online UV intensity monitoring and dosage display, which can accurately predict dechlorination effect and completely avoid troubles from activated carbon filter. |
