This advanced machine features a single-row synchronous belt for seamless conveying and servo motor control for precise movements: filling needle elevation and horizontal adjustments, integrated sucker plugging, and outfeed. It executes vial orienting, conveying, (pre-nitrogen), filling, (post-nitrogen), stopper orientation, and plugging automatically. The machine supports both full and half plugging, ensuring versatility.
Leveraging our extensive technological expertise and filling principles, we engineered this high-speed sterile filling machine equipped with an all-servo system. Options include ORABS, IPC weighing system, and CIP&SIP for the filling system. The sophisticated configuration ensures full compliance with the stringent EU cGMP standards.
