Main Features

• The machine features an automatic tube pressing mechanism into the tube holder, with an elastic tension type holder ensuring consistent sealing height. It includes an automatic color mark adjustment system for oval or uniquely-shaped tubes, relying on a mechanical transmission mode filling system for stable loading capacity.
• The machine utilizes hot air sealing for the internal wall of the tube and cooling water circulation for the external wall, achieving a beautifully sealed finish. A fan system expels toxic gases produced during heating, and a wind cooling system prevents heat transfer to the ointment after sealing.
• This machine autonomously completes filling, sealing, and batch number printing in a single operation. It incorporates automatic tube supply to the worktable, tube blowing (cleaning), color mark adjustment, and filling and sealing functions.
• Speed adjustments are managed by an inverter, allowing automatic control of production capacity. The mechanical hand system automatically prints codes in specified positions, with a direct display and control via a human-machine interface.
