• This machineis meticulously crafted from premium stainless steel and operates with complete pneumatic control using compressed air. This versatile machine initiates by filling an empty aerosol can with the liquid product, followed by valve crimping, and finally filling the can with propellant gas. All three modules are seamlessly integrated into a single, efficient unit.Each module can be operated independently.
• The liquid filling module not only automatically intakes liquid but is also capable of handling high viscosity mediums,andwe caneasily adjust the filling volume. It is suitable for high viscosity substances such as paints and polyurethane foam sealants for black and white materials.

 

• The valve crimping module features a high-precision crimping mouth and a large-capacity air cylinder, ensuring superior crimping quality even at low air pressure levelsranging from 25-0.3MPa. It is compatible with all standard 1-inch aerosol valves.
• The booster pump, equipped with a large-capacity two-way booster, effectively eliminates bubbles from the liquid raw material, ensuring fast and accurate filling.
• Thepropellant gas fillingmodule incorporates a robust booster pump, ideal for propellantssuch as LPG/butane propane gas, Freon, DME/dimethyl ether, 134a, nitrogen, CO2, and more., Main seals are imported, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance.
• This machine is extensively used in various fields including sunscreen spray, nasal spray, cosmetic spray (Evian), insecticide, perfume spray, air freshener, shaving foam, spray paint, WD-40, and others.
