• The liquid filling module features automatic liquid suction and can handle high-viscosity mediums,andwe canadjust the filling volume. It is ideal for high-viscosity mediums such as paints, polyurethane foam sealants for black and white materials.

 

• The valve crimping module boasts a high-precision crimping mouth with a large capacity air cylinder, ensuring top-quality crimping even at low air pressures (25-0.3MPa). It is suitable for all types of 1-inch aerosol valves.Booster pump with large capacity two-way booster effectively removes bubbles from the liquid raw material, ensuring fast and accurate filling.

• Thepropellant gas fillingmodule features a powerful booster pump, ideal for propellants like LPG/butane propane gas, Freon, DME/dimethyl ether, 134a, nitrogen, CO2, etc., Main seals are imported and highly resistant to corrosion.
