Working Process
1. As bottles are transported to the filling nozzles, filling commences with precise bottle mouth positioning. The machine halts automatically if no bottle is present, if a bottle is missing, or if there's bottle tipping. Should the bottle outlet be blocked, filling pauses but retains accuracy, resuming once the blockage is cleared. With no bottle, filling ceases. The nozzles fill directly into the bottle mouth, equipped with an automatic dust suction device, utilizing 2 filling nozzles and 2 capping heads to enhance production capacity. This ensures accurate measurement and ease of use, making it the ideal filling equipment with a compact design, stable performance, and easy maintenance.
2. The star wheel ensures accurate bottle positioning for capping, with caps automatically loaded onto bottles by the cap oscillator.
3. Features variable frequency speed regulation for the main engine, stepless speed regulation for the conveyor belt, and an oscillation speed regulation knob to meet the production capacity requirements for various specifications.
