2. Exceptional speed: One variant features 16 channels, capable of counting 40-110 bottles per minute. Another model boasts 32 channels, which can achieve an impressive 80-160 bottles per minute.

3. The machine is equipped with an automatic alarm system that notifies workers if bottles are insufficient, blocked, or fallen. The machine pauses operation until the issue is resolved, eliminating the need for constant monitoring.

4. Featuring a 3-stage constant pressure dust collection design, the machine effectively removes dust during granule dropping, ensuring that counting precision remains uncompromised.

5. Utilizing pneumatic components from Japan's CKD, the gate incorporates a flashboard structure to minimize motion inertia, reduce cylinder load and noise, and protect the cylinder from dust, thereby extending its service life without leakage.
