Introduction
- The PT-ZPT 370 Series high-speed Rotary Tablet Press Machine is a cutting-edge rotary-type press designed to transform various granule materials into tablets. It features a pair of pre-press rollers and a pair of main press rollers, ensuring efficient double pressing.
- The production area of the ZPT 370 Series tablet press machine is entirely enclosed. Contact parts are made from acid-resistant austenitic stainless steel; non-metal parts are crafted from non-toxic materials. Four transparent windows allow for complete opening, facilitating effortless cleaning. The machine's punches and dies are easily exchangeable, and the drive area is safeguarded by three stainless steel doors with multi-hole materials inside and an electronic cabinet.
- Drive components and the lower guide rail are securely fixed within this area, promoting safe operation and low noise levels. The tablet pressing process includes filling, dosing, pre-pressing, main pressing, and tablet ejection. This advanced machine is operated via an HMI and four hand wheels.
